Bella Vista charters can take a single passenger to as many as six people. Seating for four on the back deck or on the bridge; accommodations for up to six in the cabin.

You can take a look at the occasions list here, but virtually any kind of personal or business gathering is possible. Romantic cruises for two, family sightseeing gatherings, intimate corporate meetings or negotiations.

You can opt for any arrangement you like: bring your own food, or we can offer catered food services on your behalf. Alcohol is bring your own – we will store, chill, and serve as you direct. Wait staff and other service professionals available at your request (some additional fees may apply.)

The prime season for Bella Vista Charters begins in April, and goes through mid-October, provided that weather is amenable. We offer evening and weekend cruises seven days a week, but pre-arranged midday cruises may be scheduled in advance.

The booking calendar does fill up very quickly, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible. In some limited cases, we do have cancellations, so always check the calendar for availability, even on short notice.

There is no dress code on Bella Vista Charters. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your cruise. Generally, plan for breezy conditions, and always bring an outer layer. In summer months, these are usually not necessary.

The cabin provides warmth, full suite accommodations including couches, full galley kitchen, television and restrooms, and a retreat from the breeze for those who might seek it.

Yes, Bella Vista Charters leaves out of Edgewater Marina, and there is ample parking.

We recommend 20-30 minutes prior to launch. This way, you can comfortably park, enter the dock area, climb aboard and get settled. If you have special accommodations, (such as catering, beverages, setup,) we recommend 60 minutes prior to launch.
