Bella Vista Captain Tony Tarabocchia is a US Coast Guard-licensed Captain, with OUPV Near Coastal Certification.  With more than 20 years of boating experience, Anthony has sailed around Manhattan more than 300 times, and knows virtually every channel along the East, Harlem, and Hudson rivers. In addition to operating Bella Vista Charters, he also volunteers and offers Bella Vista as a support vessel for Hudson River and New York Harbor swim events.
